Hi everybody! I hope everyone had a great weekend. We did. Thursday evening we went to a women’s ASU basketball game. Then we met Nelson’s friend Jeff and his girlfriend Wailani (sp?) for dinner. It was the first time we’d me Wailani. She has just graduated from vetrinarian school, and has gotten her first job as a vet here in Phoenix. She’s also taking more classes in animal behavior. Cool career, huh? She was probably about Brooke’s age (25) and really cute and spunky. We liked her.

Friday we went and toured this place called Biosphere 2. It was really awesome. Read Nelson’s blog below for more info on that place. It made for a really thought provoking and interesting day.

Saturday we went to another ASU game.

Sunday , my cousin Lauri and her husband Ron and their kids Adriana and Isabella had us over for dinner. They moved to Phoenix about 2 years ago, and I haven’t seen them much since then so that was totally fun. Bella is almost 2 now and she is so adorable. And Dri is 15! Oh my gosh she has grown up so fast.
