This is the travel diary of our "snowbird" winter in Arizona. We'll try our best to update this every day along to keep our friends and family updated on our lives.

Nelson

Hey everyone!! I think we're starting to feel "officially settled in" now. This morning, we sat in the sun on our new little "patio" while the dogs wandered around a little bit on their leashes. I've been focusing on work most of the afternoon and evening today, making up some nice brochures about my company for the presentation I'll be doing next week in La Pine, Oregon. I'm excited about the presentation, and hoping that it'll attract some additional consistent business. I've got one major iron in the fire, but it's too early to really talk about it at this time. Let's just say we're keeping our fingers crossed as it might turn in to something big for my little company. :) If any of you know anyone who needs graphic design or desktop publishing work, be sure to let me know. We're growing and things are going great, but there's still room for more growth.

Anyway, we walked around the mobile home country club community that's adjacent to the RV Park we're living in, and it's really nice. There's a great executive golf course in the middle of it and those of us who are residents of the RV Park are welcomed to play the course as if we lived in the country club community. So, I'm going to play tomorrow morning and Dawn will ride along with me. We're going to get her playing the game before long. She really wants to play, but we've got to get her to the driving range first. Sooner or later, we'll accomplish that . . . and then get Dawn on the golf course.

Well . . . I've still got plenty of work to do for a couple of clients, so I'll stop writing now, post a couple of photos and get back to work.

Thanks again for reading! :)
